Mission & Goals

Welcome to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI), part of the Center for Global and Multicultural Initiatives (CGMI). Our mission is to create a campus environment that embraces diversity and encourages inclusion. This environment is fostered through leadership, education, training, and interaction in which all people can be creative, access opportunities, and reach their fullest potential. ODI wants to affirm and promote the value of diversity and inclusion through the cultivation of mutual respect, acceptance, and understanding.

Our goals are aligned with the Tarleton State University goals known as the "4 E's."
