Common Questions and Answers
Can I use my own Bank Account?
Yes, each student has a choice of how to receive funds
How do I avoid common fees?
- Fee for using a non-Higher One ATM ($2.50) - Use the Higher One ATM located on your campus
- Merchant PIN-based transaction ($.50 per transaction) - Instead of using the Debit Option ( when you enter a PIN number) at checkout choose "credit" and sign the receipt to avoid the PIN fee. If the Merchant prompts you to enter your PIN, you may have to hit "cancel" to change the payment type to "credit".
- Card Replacement ($20.00) - After you have made your choice on www.TarletonChoiceCard.com keep your card. Once a student has accessed the information on www.TarletonChoiceCard.com the information is considered active and the $20.00 fee will be applied when ordering a new card.
