Comprehensive Pay Plan
The Comprehensive Pay Plan contains various title numbers, job titles, and rates of pay for each position at Tarleton State University. The Department of Human Resources has been delegated the responsibility for the development, implementation, and maintenance of this Pay Plan.
The Pay Plan is produced for your use in the preparation of personnel action forms, and in the administration of the Tarleton compensation and classification program.
