Tarleton L.E.A.D.S.

Leadership. Engagement. Action. Development. Service

Tarleton L.E.A.D.S. is a prestigious two-semester leadership certification program that utilizes in-class and out-of-class experiences to develop student leaders.  The experience is limited to 20-30 student leaders each year.  Students who complete the program as “leadership certified” receive special university recognition and accommodations which include a special seal on their official university diploma and academic transcript.

The mission of Tarleton Serves is to assist members of the Tarleton State University community in finding meaningful volunteer experiences that enrich learning, teach civic responsibility and strengthen our community.  Alternative Spring Break and Tarleton Roundup are part of Tarleton Serves.  Students interested in serving as a volunteer, email serves@tarleton.edu.
