Intra-Campus Mail

Intra-Campus Mail is generally considered mail without postage that is sent from one campus box location to another campus box location and is usually delivered by the next business day. Intra-Campus Mail should be material of a University business nature and only be sent between bona fide University student, faculty, and staff organizations.

Campus Mail Service may audit all campus mailings for content by visually inspecting a random sample from mailings to ensure compliance with the relevant statutes and policies. In accordance with federal law, use of Intra-Campus Mail is restricted to delivery of non-postage mail of bona fide University student, faculty, and staff organizations to campus destinations.

If you are uncertain if your mail qualifies as Campus Mail, contact Campus Mail Service for clarification.
