Upon submitting an application to Tarleton State University, login information is emailed to the student two days after we receive the application. The user name is the student's University ID Number and the password is the student's birthdate (MMDDYY).
Once you have received your university ID and password click on the myGateway link in the top right corner under Login to check your status.
After you have logged in, you will see “Processed Applications”. Choose the admission term.
You will now be at “Application Summary.” The Application Status will state one of the following:
- Decision Made – Decision will be in the following field.
- Incomplete items outstanding – see the list of items and find the item that does not have a Received Date. Please send these items to Tarleton State University, Box T-0030, Stephenville, TX 76402.
- Complete ready for review – your application is ready for review and a decision will be made.
- Decision Made – For Undergraduate Students, please contact the Admissions Office. Graduate Students will need to contact the College of Graduate Studies.
