Stand-still,
Still-life.
Not lifeless, but life paused. Paused in time.

You might be motionless if you came across such an eloquent scene.

Where orange slices are hung against the wall, And lime halves stacked on top of each other, Oh, why don’t they fall?
Time stuck in a stand-still,

For even just a moment,
A moment in time,
But time is not an endless thing.
