The School Wide Activities Team (SWAT) is the official programming board for Tarleton State University. SWAT has over 100 active student members and 9 executive council members, all which assist in planning, executing, and hosting events on campus. SWAT hosts a number of featured events throughout the fall and spring semesters including coffeehouse nights, speakers, mentalists, cultural events, traditional campus events and specialty programming. In addition, 20-25 group events feature craft making, holiday celebrations, and food events.

Past events have included a Street Dance featuring Bart Crow, the record breaking World's Largest Game of Hide & Seek, football and baseball tailgates, a Murder Mystery Dinner, and many more!

Most SWAT events are free to students, some larger events have a minimal cost. All events are selected, planned, and facilitated by students.

To get involved, contact SWAT through Facebook, Twitter, or stop by the SWAT office in room 24 of the Thompson Student Center.
