Often called “la città ideale” (the ideal city) of the Italian Renaissance, Urbino itself is a harmonious architectural work of art, a unity of a city and landscape recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. From July 5 to August 5, 2015, the Honors College will host a study abroad program in Urbino. Students will study the literature, philosophy, art, architecture, and culture of the Italian Renaissance and receive up to six hours of honors credit.
Special Honors College scholarships are available. All students participating in the Honors College (Presidential Honors Program and the Honors Degree Program) are eligible to apply.
