Starting college can be a scary time. Not only will you be moving to a new place and making new friends, but there are also many boxes you must check before that first day of class. Here is a list of some of the most important things you can not forget to do before classes start.

1. TSI

You must be TSI complete before starting classes. If you have not done this yet you can schedule an exam at either our Stephenville or Fort Worth Locations!

2. Bacterial Meningitis

This vaccination must be taken before you begin college. If you have not gotten it yet contact your doctor. If you still need to submit your records click here for steps on how to submit them.

3. Apply for Housing

As important as it is to be prepared academically before entering college, you must also figure out where you are going to spend this next year. Tarleton offers a variety of housing options for freshmen. Go to DuckTrax and select Student Housing. Then scroll down and fill out your housing application.

4. Tour Campus

Touring campus is a great way for you and your loved ones to see Tarleton. You can see where your classes will be held, and where your dorm is, and familiarize yourself with the amenities the campus has to offer.
