Group Fitness
Group Fitness is a great way to broaden your fitness knowledge while being active. All group fitness classes are held in Rooms 225 & 223 at the Recreation Center. Classes are FREE and taught by certified Group Fitness Instructors. All classes are drop-in fitness classes. Click the link below for the schedule of classes and class information.
Personal Training
Maximize your workouts with the help of a certified personal trainer who will design a custom plan to help you achieve your fitness goals. Personal training sessions are available for students and Campus Rec members.
All Campus Rec trainers are certified through an accredited association. Once a request form is completed (link below), the student will be sent an email to connect with their assigned trainer for an initial assessment.
Nutrition Coaching
All Campus Rec nutrition coaches are trained through ISSA’s Nutrition Certified Coaching program. Your nutrition coach will teach you everything you need to know about the science behind nutrition and its effects on performance, muscle growth, and fat loss.
