Class Descriptions
Barre Fusion:
Barre Fusion is full body barre workout. With this class you will experience a mix of elements from dance, pilates, and yoga that blend to create a full body strength training workout in a fun and dynamic manner! All levels are welcome!
Cardio Dance:
Come get fit while having fun moving to music! This class offers a unique way to improve your overall health while dancing. All levels are welcome!
Cardio Core & More:
This class is a combination of cardio intervals, core strength training stations, and much more designed to give you a unique, fat-burning, total-body workout! All levels are welcome!
Foam Rolling:
Want to improve your range of motion, athletic performance, and reduce muscle soreness? Get rolling! This class is a combination of flexibility training and functional stretching. All levels are welcome!
Glutes & Abs:
Strengthen and tone the core area of the body including your abs, back, and glutes! Let’s kick some butt and tighten your gut while burning calories in this quick tracked class. All levels are welcome!
Indoor Cycling:
A ride to keep you on the edge of your cycling seat. Enjoy a challenging workout that improves cardio & stamina while burning calories. All level are welcome!
Pilates:
Developed as a technique based on yoga, but with more movement. Pilates works the “power house” known as core like no other workout does. It also focuses on balance and flexibility. All levels are welcome!
Sleepy Yoga:
Connect your mind, body and spirit in this fitness-based Yoga class. Relaxing and challenging; this class is a combination of breathing, strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation techniques. All levels are welcome!
Texan Fit:
This class takes functional fitness to the next level by combining strength and endurance training with the use of bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises. All levels are welcome!
Trampoline Fitness:
Where fitness meets fun! Join us as we jump our way through a calorie burning, low-impact, cardiovascular workout on the Jump Fitness Trampoline. Burn calories and tone up in a workout that feels more like recess! All levels welcome!
