What We Do

Tarleton State University’s centralized Event Services Team partners with university departments and organizations to support events for students, employees, alumni, donors, and external customers. Our elite team of event managers and coordinators offer varying scopes of service to help facilitate the goals of Tarleton events.


How We Can Help

Event Consultation: The Event Services Team can provide guidance and resources to help facilitate your independent event planning. Whether you need an event or meeting space, contacts for catering and rentals, or assistance navigating campus policies and procedures, we can provide information to help your team lead the planning and execute a smooth event. 

Event Coordination: Our event coordinators can create room diagrams, oversee the set-up and tear-down of your event space, and provide A/V support during your event.

Event Planning and Management: For high-profile or special initiative events with complex logistics, multiple venues, and/or notable guests, our event managers can assist with all phases of event development from start to finish. For this level of partnership, we assist with event design and planning, logistics, and execution of your event. We will also work with you to determine how we can best support staffing your event.
