Emma is an Agricultural Services and Development major with a focus on education, receiving my State Teacher Certification. She has a passion for developing engaging curriculum content and her students and hopes to be teaching agriculture courses at the high school level.
Denisse is an Animal science major with a pre-vet concentration with a biology minor and is earning an equine certificate. She has always been passionate about veterinary medicine, particularly emergency care. Ultimately, Denisse’s goal is to become an emergency veterinarian. Her experiences interning at a vet clinic and working hands-on with animals have solidified her desire to pursue this career. After graduation, she is planning to work at a veterinary clinic to gain more practical experiences, while also preparing to apply for vet school in the next application cycle.
Cameron will be graduating with a bachelor’s in Wildlife, Sustainability & Ecosystem Sciences in December 2024. Throughout his classes, he has learned a lot of valuable information that will help him in the future. He has also grown as a professional from his time as Vice President of the Tarleton State University Student Chapter of The Wildlife Society, and from presenting research at numerous conferences across the country. After graduation, Cameron plans to pursue his master’s degree at Tarleton State University. Upon completion of his master’s, he will pursue his Ph.D. or a wildlife-related job.
