Men2Freedom is a mentoring program dedicated to the graduation, retention, and success of men at Tarleton State University. The program provides academic, professional, and interpersonal development to the male students that attend Tarleton. Men2Freedom will also provide mentorship and leadership opportunities. Mentoring, especially peer – to – peer mentoring, will be utilized to achieve student success and ultimately graduation.
Curate a space for women to develop into bold, confident, and intelligent leaders through supportive guidance from other women. Empower young women to take on leadership roles, embrace each other to explore and expand our understanding, and envision a brighter future for themselves and others.
The holistic program offers participants a cohort model with opportunities for undergraduate research, emerging leadership education, study abroad/away trips, student success support programs and family support. It covers tuition, fees, room and board for four years of undergraduate studies. The program introduces students to leadership concepts and ways to apply them in everyday life.
