STEM students in the College of Science and Mathematics (COSM) have the opportunity to participate in a program that provides skills, training, and support for academic and professional success.  The COSM Student Professional Development Academy provides training, skills development, and other workshops throughout the academic semesters in organized strands centered on specific themes.  These strands include career readiness, academic success, scientific communication, and undergraduate research, just to name a few.  Each semester will consist of offering 2-3 strands that prepare students for the upcoming semester or summer.
