COSM Promotion, Tenure, and Post-Tenure Guidelines
The 2020 revision of “Scholarly and Creative Expectations” will take effect for faculty submitting their portfolio during or after the Fall 2025 semester. Faculty submitting their portfolios prior to Fall 2025 may use the 2014 version of this document. During this transition period, faculty have the option of using the 2020 revision if they desire. In this case, the faculty must clearly indicate their selection of the 2020 revision in their evaluation portfolio.
