To Update NAME
This field is maintained by WorkDay, but assistance can be provided by ITS.
Submit a Help Desk Ticket:
- For any issues related to phone numbers, please submit a ticket through the following link: https://services.tarleton.edu/TDClient/57/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=7717
- Provide Necessary Details:
- When submitting the ticket, be prepared to offer the following information to expedite the process:
- User Name
- Incorrect Name (first or last)
- Correct Name

To Update PHONE
This field is maintained by University Telecommunication.

To Update “DR.” SALUTATION
This field feeds directly from WorkDay.
Log in to Workday and edit your educational information:
- To update your education in WorkDay:
- In the top left corner, select “Menu”
- Navigate to “Personal Information”
- In the “View” panel, select “About Me” (might have to click “More” to extend the list).
- Navigate to the “Education” panel and choose “Add Education” (or edit an existing education).
- Choose your “Degree,” select “Yes” in Degree Received, and submit.
This data feeds directly from WorkDay. Dr. is the only salutation option available for the A-Z Directory. Changes can be made but ultimately will be sent for review to direct supervisors and Human Resources.
To Update DEPARTMENT
This field feeds directly from WorkDay.

- Ask your department’s HR Partner or Department Admin to look into the issue by contacting HR.

To Update TITLE
This field feeds directly from WorkDay.
Contact your Department HR Partner or Admin:
- Ask your department’s HR Partner or Department Admin to confirm your title is correct in WorkDay.

- To change your Business Title:
- In the top left corner, select “Menu”
- Navigate to “Personal Information”
- In the “Change” panel, select “Business Title Change” (might have to click “More” to extend the list).
- Provide the updated title and select “OK” to submit to HR for review.
- For supervisors to change the Business Title of an employee:
- In the top left corner, select “Menu”
- Navigate to “My Team Management”
- In the “Actions” panel, select “Business Title Change” and choose the employee in need of change.
- Provide the updated title and select “OK” to submit to HR for review.

To Update T-BOX
This data is maintained by the Tarleton State Post Office but can be updated by contacting Web Operations.

- The T-Box numbers listed on the website are meant for delivery to a specific department or division, not individuals. Confirm with your department admin to confirm the correct T-Box. If changes are needed, have them contact:
