Texan Alley Tailgate

Gather with your family and friends to join the company of Texan Nation in the parking lot. The Tarleton Alumni Association, Tarleton Parents Association, Greek Life, and so many more tailgate spots fill Harbin Street hours before kickoff.

Pointe du Hoc

Join ROTC on Rudder Way 3.5 hours before kickoff as they relive the infamous speech of the Tarleton-bred general. Our cadets join the football team at the Earl Rudder statue for a motivational speech and lead the march to Memorial Stadium.

Our Tarleton State Marching Band puts on quite a show during the pregame festivities and halftime. Get their early to see the Tarleton State Marching Band in action.

The 952

The Sound and The Fury, ROTC, and ALL the Tarleton State students fill the East Side of Memorial Stadium, which has been named “The 952”. This name symbolizes John Tarleton’s 952-mile walk from Tennessee to Stephenville. Our students make things rowdy on the east side of the stadium.
