To see a provider is currently at no cost/lab medical tests costs are a minimal additional fee

Care of minor acute illnesses
Physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant by appointment (if unable to web book, call 254-968-9271 or 254-968-9936)
Consultations regarding any primary health problem (non-emergent issues)
First aid treatment of minor injuries, suturing simple lacerations
Sport injury evaluation and treatment
Administration of allergy injections as directed by student’s allergist
Blood pressure checks
In house lab tests/medical tests ordered by your provider are available
Medications and other supplies available for the treatment of minor acute illnesses and injuries
Various medical equipment available by loan (Crutches, nebulizers, with more to come at the Stephenville campus)
Continuation of health care following surgery or any illness as directed by physician
Vaccines Available (DTAP, Bacterial Meningitis, flu)
Assistance with referral to physician or hospital when deemed necessary
Health literature is available
Women’s Health – birth control, physical exam, by appointment only
In house X-Ray capability and interpretation available at the Stephenville campus
IV fluids as ordered per provide
TB tests

Well Women Exams

The exam includes a complete physical examination, including pelvic and breast exam. A PAP smear may be required, as well as testing for Chlamydia/Gonorrhea. The appointment will take about 45 minutes, which includes time for paperwork. Forms of birth control will be discussed, as requested. Please call (254) 968-9271 to schedule an appointment.
