Vision
Tarleton L.I.F.E. offers a foundational knowledge of Tarleton upon which participants can base future contributions to the University’s mission and vision. Participants are introduced to a broad range of topics which include Leading by example, Investing in our future, Fostering innovative ideas, and Engaging in campus activities.
Tarleton L.I.F.E. is about leadership, innovation, fostering ideas and engaging with the university. Twelve to fifteen leaders are selected by their Vice Presidents to participate in a 9-month intensive training with various topics ranging from emotional intelligence to civic engagement and involvement.
Participants also experience and learn about areas of the university in-depth which broadens their knowledge about how their areas affect all aspects of university life.
