Workday Training Course
All Workday training is hosted online through TrainTraq, log in to Single Sign On (SSO). The training course, entitled Working in Workday is assigned during the first week of employment. However, any employee can take the training as a refresher by emailing People & Culture Training and Development. Be sure to check the university calendar for specific trainings and Workday Q&A session information.

Employee Features

- Employee access to pay slips, benefits, time and leave, performance evaluations, goals, job descriptions and compensation history in one easy location
- Direct deposit capability to split a pay check in up to five different checking/savings accounts
Manager Features
- Easy access through Single Sign On (SSO)
- All actions delivered to one central inbox without having to login to multiple systems
- Ability to view teams and all employment history of each team member in an organization chart format
- Management of time sheet approval
- Ability to manage all recruitment and hiring efforts
