Biography

Jie Tao is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at Tarleton State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Public Administration & Management from the University of North Texas. He is a member of the American Society for Public Administration and was selected as the 2019 Founders’ Fellow. His current research examines the impact of body-worn camera policy and its usage on police accountability. He is certified in advanced data analytics and visualization.
