The Kinetic Performance Laboratory (KPL) facilitates research concentrating on the effects of innovative strength, conditioning, and training methodologies on various populations. Within this umbrella topic, the KPL primarily focus on the effects of utilizing psychophysiological tools to regulate recovery and titrating workload before, during, and after training/practice. Additionally, the KPL provides sports science supportive work for various athletic programs.
