Tarleton Career Services to host part-time job fair

STEPHENVILLE, Texas—Tarleton State University’s Career Services will be hosting a Part-Time Job Fair Thursday, Sept. 15. This event will give students an opportunity to meet local businesses seeking part-time employees.

The event will begin with an employer panel at 1 p.m. in the Barry B. Thompson Student Center, Room 27, followed by the job fair beginning at 2 p.m. in the Student Center Ballrooms and continue through 5 p.m. It is a come-and-go event. Participants are encouraged to bring their résumé and other applicable materials.

Employers interested in participating can register for the event through Hire a Texan at www.tarleton.edu/careers. The registration fee is $30 for employers, with $15 to have an extra display table.

The Career Services Center is located on the second floor of the Thompson Student Center, Room 218. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, visit www.tarleton.edu/careerservices.
