Promise Scholars can be offered last-dollar tuition grants at Tarleton State, which is committed to student success through each stage of the educational and economic journey.

“Our partnership with Dallas County Promise emphasizes our determination for educational opportunity and affordability,” said Tarleton State President Dr. James Hurley. “We are committed to ensuring success for all students.”
