FORT WORTH, Texas — A new home for Tarleton State University in Fort Worth achieved a milestone today when contractors, school officials, legislators and architects celebrated the midpoint of construction and marked almost 118,000 hours without a time-loss injury.

Based on the 12th day of class report, 13,122 students are enrolled for the fall semester compared with 13,011 a year ago.
