Tarleton State University has joined forces with the international organization GivingTuesday in declaring May 5 a day of grass roots philanthropy in response to covid-19.
Tarleton State University is allowing all incoming freshmen to register for classes and conduct orientation in a virtual format. Students can contact an adviser to register for fall 2020 classes starting Monday, April 27.
Financial assistance is available for Tarleton State University students facing hardships during the COVID-19 pandemic, thanks to the generosity of the school’s foundation and an unnamed donor.
Amanda Kit Tollett has been named Chief of Staff to Tarleton State University President James L. Hurley and Vice President for University Relations, effective immediately. She succeeds Dr. Kim McCuistion, who now serves as dean of Tarleton’s Fort Worth campus along Chisholm Trail Parkway and Vice President for External Operations.
