Tarleton Career Services hosts job fair for students seeking part-time work

STEPHENVILLE, Texas—Tarleton State University’s Career Services hosts a job fair, Thursday, Jan. 26, giving students an opportunity to meet local businesses seeking part-time and full-time employees and interns.

The event begins with an employer panel at 1 p.m. in Room 219 of the Barry B. Thompson Student Center, followed by a come-and-go job fair from 2-5 p.m. in Room 27. Participants are encouraged to bring their résumé and other applicable materials.

Employers interested in participating in the upcoming job fair can register for the event through Hire a Texan at www.tarleton.edu/careers. Registration fee is $30 for employers, plus $15 for an extra display table.

Tarleton’s Career Services Center is located in Room 218 on the second floor of the Thompson Student Center and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, visit www.tarleton.edu/careers.
