STEPHENVILLE, Texas — The 16th Annual Tarleton State University Student Film and Moving Media Festival is slated for Thursday, April 28.
Screenings for the competitive cinematic event, featuring the work of digital media students, begin at 5 p.m. at the university planetarium on the Stephenville campus.
