Tarleton English professor earns Professional Achievement Award

STEPHENVILLE, Texas —Tarleton English professor Dr. Moumin Quazi, received the College English Association Professional Achievement Award at the organization’s 50thannual conference in New Orleans.

The award recognizes CEA members who have significantly contributed to teaching and scholarship at the college or university level.

Quazi also was named to the CEA board of directors. He will serve the 700-member group for a three-year term.
