Tarleton State Campuses to Close for MLK Day

STEPHENVILLE, Texas —Tarleton State University administrative offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The Texans Campus Store inside the Thompson Student Center, the Student Health and Counseling Center, offices for the Tarleton Alumni Association, the university’s Welcome Center, and Campus Recreation also will close, as will the W. K. Gordon Center for Industrial History of Texas in Thurber and the Rickett Library on the Fort Worth campus.

The Dick Smith Library on the Stephenville campus will be open Monday from noon to 5 p.m. and the dining hall will observe regular Monday hours, opening at 7 a.m. and closing at 8 p.m.

Normal hours for all university activities resume Tuesday, Jan. 21.
