STEPHENVILLE, Texas — The 17th Annual Tarleton State University Student Film and Moving Media Festival is slated for Thursday, April 27.
Screenings begin at 4:30 p.m. at the planetarium on the Stephenville campus. The competitive cinematic event features the work of digital media students.
