STEPHENVILLE, Texas — Tarleton State University’s College of Business Administration will celebrate its 30th anniversary March 30-April 3. COBA students, faculty, staff, alumni and the community are invited to join in activities throughout the week.

Monday, March 30, a kickoff brunch and 30th anniversary banner reveal take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the COBA building foyer. That evening at 6:30, COBA faculty and staff match students and alumni in basketball at the Tarleton Recreation Center (court 1). Register to play at http://tarletonstate.us/COBA-basketball.

Tuesday, March 31 — #ThankfulTuesday — students can come by the COBA foyer between 10 to 11:30 a.m. to write thank you messages to faculty and staff. This can also be done online on COBA’s social media pages.

Wednesday, April 1, Experience Success showcases 30 years of COBA from 10 to11:30 a.m. in the COBA building. Enjoy a timeline from where it all started to where the college is now.

Thursday, April 2, network at a free mixer at the Purple Goat, 2025 E. Washington St., 6 to 8 p.m., with food, prizes, photo booth and live music by Zak Webb. Register to attend at http://tarletonstate.us/COBA-Mixer.

Friday, April 3, COBA hosts a four-person scramble golf tournament at Harbor Lakes Golf Club, 2100 Clubhouse Drive, Granbury. Cost is $100 per person or $400 for a team of four. Registration starts at 7 a.m., with the shotgun start at 8. Corporate sponsorships are available —hole sponsor $75, two-hole sponsor $125. Lunch buffet will be provided. Proceeds benefit COBA scholarships.
