Tarleton’s Reisman named keynote speaker during NCAA Final Four

Lonn Reisman, Tarleton State University’s head men’s basketball coach and athletics director, along with his coaching staff have been selected as the keynote speaker at the National Association of Basketball Coaches Professional Development Series at the NCAA Final Four in Houston.

The focus of the program is to properly groom the nation’s younger coaches to be the next generation of head coaches. Reisman and his coaching staff consisting ofChris ReismanMarlin CloudyChris Harrell, and Coleman Furst will provide messages of coaching integrity and ethical conduct.

“This is a tremendous honor for myself and my coaching staff to speak at the NABC Convention and the Final Four,” said Reisman. “These past two seasons have provided great recognition and exposure for our athletic program and university.”

Reisman and his staff have led Tarleton to back-to-back NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships, appearing in the Elite Eight and Final Four the last two seasons while combining to go 59-13 in that time.
