Registering for Classes

Transfer students who reside in the below Texas counties and who select online as their designated location will be assigned to the noted campus for billing and registration purposes. As a Tarleton Online student, you can visit any Tarleton location in Fort Worth, Waco or Stephenville for on-site support and services. If you do not live in any of the counties listed, you will be designated as a distance learner.

Regarding Authorized Locations

Tarleton State University must comply with the education requirements in other states to offer online or correspondence courses outside of Texas. These requirements differ from state to state, with some state requirements being more rigorous and expensive than others.
