Grading
Midterm Grades
Grades must be entered into DuckTrax (Web Self Service).
If you need further assistance on entering midterm grades, contact the Office of the Registrar.
How to Enter Midterm Grades
- Log In to DuckTrax (Web Self Service)
- Select – Faculty Services
- Select – Term Selection
- At the Select term menu choose the grading semester you wish to input
- Select – Submit
- Select – CRN selection
- All the Courses you teach will be listed
- Choose the course you wish to input Midterm Grades
- Select – Submit
- Select – Midterm Grades
- You can view a list of students enrolled in the course, 25 students are listed per page
- To view additional students select next
- Enter a grade for each student using the drop-down box in the Grade Column
- You do not need to fill in the attendance or hours fields
- After you have entered grades for each student Select- Submit
- DuckTrax will indicate that “The changes that you made were saved successfully”
Remember that there is a 30-minute time limit in DuckTrax, we recommend that you submit often to ensure that all changes are successfully applied.
Final Grades
Grades must be entered into DuckTrax (Web Self Service).
The Office of the Registrar will conduct End of Term Processing after all grades have been turned in. The End of Term Processing includes:
- Roll Grades
- Run for Repeats
- Run for GPA
- Run for Academic Standing and Distinguished Students
f all grades are not posted by due date, then end of term processing will not be conducted. Once grades have been entered into DuckTrax, any changes to a student’s grade must be made by contacting the Registrar’s Office to request the Grade Change form.

- Choose the course you wish to input Final Grades
- Select – Submit
- Select – Final Grades
- You can view a list of students enrolled in the course, 25 students are listed per page
- To view additional students select next
- Enter a grade for each student using the drop-down box in the Grade Column
- You do not need to fill in the attendance or hours fields
- After you have entered grades for each student Select- Submit
- DuckTrax will indicate that. The changes that you made were saved successfully.
