myGateway Information

1. Go to myGateway
2. Log into myGateway using your Tarleton UID and password. For help with your username and password, students may contact Innovative Technology Solutions at 254-968-9885 or visit the Help Desk website.
3. Select and expand the DuckTrax folder
4. Select and expand the Personal Information folder

Students may view and update their personal information through myGateway including:

• Change security question
• View addresses and phones
• Updates addresses and phones
• View email addresses
• Update email addresses
• Directory profile
• View emergency contacts
• Update emergency contacts
• Update marital status
• Name change information
• Social security number change information
• Change password

Account activity through Texan Bill Pay will include:

• Important payment deadlines
• Detailed account information for every term for which you were registered at Tarleton
• Account balances and payments made for each term for which you were registered at Tarleton
• eBill – tuition and fee schedule/bill statements
• Online payment plan enrollment
• Schedule future payments
• Electronic Refund enrollment

Students may review account information and make payments toward their tuition and fees through Texan Bill Pay via myGateway:

1. Go to myGateway

3. Select and expand the DuckTrax folder in the middle of the screen.
4. Select Texan Bill Pay
5. You will be directed to the Texan Bill Pay home page.
