- It is the responsibility of the information resource owner or manager, in conjunction with Human Resources, to:
- Screen individuals prior to authorizing access to university information resources, in accordance with Texas A&M University System (TAMUS) Regulation 33.99.14, Criminal History Record Information – Employees and Candidates for Employment and Tarleton State University (Tarleton) Rule 33.99.14.T1, Criminal History Record Information – Employees and Candidates for Employment; and
- Rescreen individuals according to a risk determination for changes in access or roles and responsibilities, and in accordance with TAMUS and Tarleton human resource policies and procedures.
