• It is the responsibility of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), or designee, to: 
  • Develop and document access agreement(s) for university information resources; 
  • Review and update the access agreement(s) periodically; 
  • Ensure that individuals requiring access to university information and information resources sign appropriate access agreement(s) prior to being granted access; and 
  • Re-sign access agreement(s) to maintain access to university information resources when updates are made to such agreements or as needed otherwise.
