• Tarleton State University (Tarleton) employs a formal sanctions process for individuals failing to comply with established information security and privacy policies and procedures, in accordance with Texas A&M University System (TAMUS) and Tarleton requirements and procedures including, but not limited to: 
  • TAMUS Policy 32.02, Discipline and Dismissal of Employees 
  • TAMUS Regulation 32.02.02, Discipline and Dismissal of Nonfaculty Employees 
  • Tarleton I.T. Standards for All Users 
  • Tarleton Security Standard Electronic Information Resources Complaint 
• Tarleton notifies applicable personnel when a formal employee sanctions process is initiated, in accordance with the above-mentioned requirements and procedures, identifying the individual sanctioned and the reason for the sanction.
