PE-6: Monitoring Physical Access

Information resource custodians who are responsible for Tarleton State University (Tarleton) information resource facilities will:
- Monitor physical access to detect and respond to physical security incidents at the facilities;
- Review physical access logs periodically based on risk management decisions and upon the occurrence of an actual or potential indication of a security incident; and
- Coordinate results of reviews and investigations with the Tarleton incident response capability following Control IR-6, Incident Reporting, and Control IR-7, Incident Response Assistance, if there is an indication of an actual or potential security incident.
