PM-16: Threat Awareness Program

The Tarleton State University (Tarleton) Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or designee shall implement a threat awareness program that includes:
- A university-wide information sharing capability, as operational security permits; and
- Administering an ongoing information security awareness education program for all users.
It is important for employee onboarding processes and information resource owners and/or custodians acquiring third-party services to inform new employees and/or third-party contractors/vendors of information security awareness requirements including information security policies and procedures.
