Student Rules
Students are responsible for knowing and abiding by the Tarleton State University Student Rules. Every effort has been made to make this publication as complete and accurate as possible, but changes may occur at any time in requirements, deadlines and fees listed.
More specific rules, information and procedures may be found in various publications pertaining to each particular service or department. Links to appropriate websites have been made available when applicable. Students are responsible for knowing any additional rules, procedures, policies or guidelines that may pertain to them that are not published on this website.
An Appendix is also available with additional state, System and university policies and procedures that pertain to these Student Rules. These are the most common violations and sanctions of the Student Code of Conduct.
Important Info
Any additions, deletions and/or changes to these Student Rules may occur over the course of the academic year. Significant revisions will be communicated through The J-TAC, any appropriate university offices and this website.

Additional Policies
Tarleton State University is governed by the Texas A&M University System, the State of Texas and the federal government. Each of these entities have additional policies, procedures and rules that students may be responsible for knowing.
