Where do I find the Texan Card Office?
The Texan Card office is located on the lower level of the Barry B. Thompson Student Center, suite 21. We are open Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.
Do I get a new Texan Card every year?
No. Your Texan Card will be active as long as you are a student/faculty/staff member at Tarleton. If your card is damaged and/or no longer working and is more than one year old, you can bring it in for a free replacement. If you do not bring the current card into the office, a $10.00 replacement fee will apply.
If I am located at the Fort Worth or Waco campus where do I get my Texan Card?
Online photo upload is available regardless of location. Photos for Texan Cards can also be taken at our Campuses in Fort Worth and Waco. Texan Cards for Waco will be printed and returned to the campus for pickup. For additional information contact your campus.

Where do I find instructions to upload my photo for a Texan Card if I am unable to get to campus for a photo?

Who should I contact if my Texan Card is not working after normal business hours?
If you are a student in need of residence hall access, please go to the front desk of your residence hall for a temporary card. Please come by the Texan Card office during the next business day to replace your card. If you are a faculty or staff member, please email texancard@tarleton.edu, and we will respond as soon as possible.
